Question: I am a patient. How do I access my results?

Answer: Here are the step by step instructions to retrieve results via email

Once results are reported, an email with a registration code and link will be sent to the email on file.

Click on the link. You will be routed to the Patient Registration page where you will need to enter the email you provided the clinic and the registration code provided in your email notification:

Click Begin Registration

Complete the required field, then hit Next:

Create security questions and answers. Please note, your password must be at least 8 characters and include 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 digit and 1 special character (@$!%*#?&^)

Hit Register

Check your email again. You will receive an email with a confirmation code:

Click on the link. You will be routed to the confirmation page where you can enter the confirmation code.
Click on the box next to “I’m not a robot” and complete the exercise.

Click on Authorize

Login with your email and password

Upon successful login, you will be taken to your home page where you can select the report to view.
